Guidance when questions come up
The assistant answers questions about your pet's care, nutrition, behaviour and health and, where the question needs it, takes details from the selected pet's profile into account. It offers information and guidance – it does not replace a veterinary diagnosis.
If you are worried about your pet's health, always contact your veterinary practice.
No diagnosis, no dosing
The assistant does not diagnose, does not give doses and does not replace a vet.
A pointer in a possible emergency
If your details suggest an emergency, it tells you to contact a veterinary practice or clinic straight away.
You decide what is sent
Only what the question needs is sent. The contents of documents and photos go along only if you attach and approve them yourself. The microchip number is never sent.
External provider
Your question is sent to an external AI service whose servers may be outside the EU. The rest of the app works fully without the assistant.

Where we are today: PetConnect24 is an app for pet owners. There is no separate access for practices and no interface to practice software yet. We would like to find out together with practices what really helps in daily work.

No ads, no tracking
No advertising or analytics services and no cookies for advertising or analytics.
Shared only with your say-so
Family and sitters see details only if you invite them or share a link. Our support team cannot see health data, documents or notes.
Deletion on request
You can request deletion of your account and data at any time, in the app or by email.
Good to know: the website is delivered via Netlify (USA), push notifications run through Google, and the optional AI assistant uses a provider in the USA. Full details are in the privacy policy.
Frequently asked questions
Do I have to install an app?
No. PetConnect24 runs in your browser. On your smartphone you can also add it to your home screen.
Does it work without internet?
The app interface starts even without a connection. You load and save your data as soon as you are online.
Which languages are available?
The app is available in German, English, French, Spanish, Dutch, Norwegian, Swedish, Danish, Turkish, Russian and Arabic. This home page is so far available in German and English.
Who can see my pet's data?
You and the people you invite yourself or give a sitter link to. Our support team can access accounts but sees only the email address, display name, registration date, account status and your pets' names and species – no health data, documents or notes.
Does PetConnect24 replace a vet?
No. PetConnect24 does not give diagnoses or calculate doses. This also applies to the AI assistant. In an emergency or if you are worried about your pet's health, always contact a veterinary practice.
How do I delete my account?
In the app under “More → Account → Delete account”, or by email via the “Delete account” page. Deletion takes place within 30 days.
